Return & Shipping Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Please email us at info@N8tiveApparel.com first to verify for return and to give a return address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-7 amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@N8tiveApparel.com.
If approved for an exchange you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
N8TIVE Apparel currently offers Free Standard Shipping (7-10 days) to all US customers.
NOTE: All products available on www.n8tiveapparel.com are printed and fulfilled at the time your order is placed. Allow 2-7 business days for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Our US website (www.n8tiveapparel.com) delivers exclusively to the US and Canada.
EVERY ORDER IS TRACKED TO YOUR DOOR
For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code we automatically send to you on your order confirmation.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS?
N8TIVE Apparel currently offers free shipping, see above for details. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected.
CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free Shipping is offered to all customers, Free Shipping will be your only selection.
As soon as your item has shipped (allow 2 to 7 business days) the tracking link will be sent to you in a confirmation email that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
